Gina Marra is a registered nurse and Certified Life Care Planner practicing in legal nurse consulting, with deep clinical nursing and psychosocial expertise across the continuum of catastrophic-injury care.
On a Case Veritas plan Gina serves as either the designated CLCP author or the peer-reviewing CLCP, depending on the engagement — the same reciprocal model as Dr. Tisser. She translates the clinical picture into a defensible lifetime care and cost projection, identifying the services, equipment, therapies, and attendant care a claimant will require, and grounding each line item in the record and in current, sourced cost data. Her combination of nursing, social work, legal nurse consulting, and life care planning is the complementary clinical discipline to Dr. Tisser’s physician perspective.
She co-founded Case Veritas with Dr. Andrew Tisser and serves alongside him as continuing legal education faculty, presenting at the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association on medical-legal case evaluation.
Role on every plan
Gina serves as the designated CLCP author or the formal peer reviewer on each plan. When she authors, she owns the plan structure, care categories, and cost methodology; when she peer-reviews, she independently pressure-tests the other planner’s work. Both clinicians sign the final plan, so the report that reaches opposing counsel carries two certified planners’ judgment from different clinical disciplines, not an anonymous template.
