For matters that proceed, Case Veritas may remain available on an hourly consulting basis as new records arrive, treatment evolves, specialist questions arise, or counsel needs physician-level analysis of causation, prognosis, future treatment, or other medical issues. It is billed hourly and scoped to the needs of the matter.
