Do you work with plaintiff attorneys, defense counsel, or both?

We provide objective medical case screening for both plaintiff and defense counsel nationwide. Our commitment is to medical accuracy and legal clarity, regardless of which side retains us.

Do you provide written reports?

Yes. A written report is available upon request at no additional cost.

How are submitted records handled and is the process confidential?

All case materials are submitted through a secure intake process and reviewed solely by Dr. Tisser and Gina Marra. Records are not shared with any third party. A confidentiality agreement is available upon request prior to submission. Our engagement does not establish a physician-patient relationship and all materials are handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

What if I need an Affidavit of Merit?

If the case is within our clinical scope of practice, an affidavit of merit is available for an additional fee.

Can you serve as a testifying expert if the case proceeds?

No. To preserve objectivity and eliminate any conflict of interest, neither Dr. Tisser nor Gina Marra serves as a testifying expert on cases screened through Case Veritas. Screening and testimony are always separate engagements.

What if the case is declined and the family wants to understand the findings?

In select circumstances, we offer family consultation sessions to walk families through the clinical findings in plain language. These sessions are available upon attorney referral. Please ask us about this during your consultation.
